                  Terms and Conditions of Holiday Booking

• In the event of holiday cancellation after a deposit and or full payment have been made, refunds will given if the lodge can be re-let. In any case please purchase adequate holiday insurance for your booking. wansfell-lodge.co.uk do not accept any losses a client may incur.
  
• The booking is non transferable.
  
• The maximum occupation is 6 persons. Only those persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the lodge.
  
• We do not accept hen/stag group party bookings.
  
• Please leave the Lodge in the condition in which you find it, you are responsible for the general tidiness/cleanliness of the lodge. You will be charged for any damage or breakage caused during you stay as with any missing items from the lodge.
  
• wansfell-lodge.co.uk limited, are not in any way responsible or liable for any accident/ incident, theft, loss and or damage that you the holidaymaker (s) may incur and will not be liable for any claims you may wish to make against wansfell-lodge.co.uk.
  
• No Pets allowed.
  
• No smoking allowed.
  
• If you are found to have given false information at the time of booking wansfell-lodge.co.uk limited reserve the right to cancel said booking without refund of deposit and or full payment of holiday.
  
• If any member of the holiday booking group are found to be causing nuisance and or disturbance to others holidaymakers on site, the group will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.
  
• In the event that your holiday is cut short we are not at liberty to refund any outstanding part of your holiday, please refer to your holiday insurance.
  
• Wansfell-lodge.co.uk will refund any monies if wansfell-lodge.co.uk have the need to cancel or re-arrange the holiday booking you have made.
  
• wansfell-lodge.co.uk accept no liability to any changes made to Limefitt Park, it's facilities or other facilities in connection with South Lakeland Caravans. We also accept no responsibility for any other alterations made to any attractions, visitor centres and areas of interest as described on our web site.
